Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Pham Dinh Khang. At present, I am a working as director of Nuclear Training Centre for Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute. And I am teaching in the field of Nuclear Science and Technology for University of Natural Science, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

We are very pleased to use it also for our lectures to the students.
By this letter, we would like to kindly ask you for a favour. We indeed are very interested to translate this nice textbook into Vietnamese so that our students also can use it in their study. This will help a lot to improve their knowledge and skill in the field. So we would like to ask you for your permission that we may do the translation of this book in favour of our students. We ensure that the translation and printing of this book into our Vietnamese language is just a non-profitable issue, and is serving only for education purposes.
As you know, Vietnam is a developing country, the income of people is still low, so students cannot afford high price textbooks, and they can't directly read Russian books. In addition, it is also too expensive for us to pay the copyright in order to get the permission for the translation. We sincerely hope that you have understandings for our situation and accept our above request.
